Hi! My name is Serena Rose, and this is my blog site!

I've been struggling with panic disorder ever since I was a teenager. But today, after a whole lot of life has happened, I've decided to share my experiences with site visitors because I want to reach out to people who are also suffering with anxiety, depression, and circumstances that are so upending, they make a person look up to the heavens and ask, "Why me!?" Sometimes life can be too lonely for just one person, so maybe a bunch of us can connect and help each other out! I'll also be sharing with you how I cope with my anxiety and depression in the most up-beat way possible.

Yeah, I know what you must be thinking: How can someone talk about something so heavy and painful in a happy way?

My answer: The best I can.

Perfection doesn't exist here, so look elsewhere if that's what you expect. I'm gonna be honest in my blog posts and social media accounts, so there might not be a filter when it comes to how I'm feeling sometimes. Nonetheless, I hope my visitors are able to take something away from what I have to share with the world.
